Worry lessons (page 1)

  • Meditation kills worry We often worry without even realizing it. It is a habit for most of us. We don't really notice this happening, just as we don't notice the humming of the air-conditioner until it stops working. This static noise significantly pollutes our lives. One of the only sure ways to get rid of it is regular practice of meditation.
